Immediate Prayer Need

I really need a miracle.

I just returned from an trip to NM to help my mom to list her home for sale, pack and move her to Seattle Washington all in a matter of days so she could undergo an emergency surgery on her spine. When she arrived in Seattle, they put her in a halo immediately to prevent paralysis and performed the surgery within a couple of days. She will be in a nursing home for 3 months and will wear the halo for at least that long.

Prayer needs:
1) Besides the obvious prayers for her healing and ultimately salvation, we are also facing a real estate crisis and need a true miracle from God to sell this house immediately.
2) Her homeowner's insurance is cancelled because the home is vacant. Vacant homeowner's insurance (if we can find any) can be as much as 8 times as much.
3) Her equity is dropping enormously in this economy and real estate sales have come to a virtual standstill in her large town. (Rio Rancho, a suburb of Albuquerque, NM)

What few showings there have been have yielded little to no interest despite the house being clean, neat, well-maintained and priced to sell....although prices continue to plummet.

Edit note: It's been a few months since this prayer request was published. God did see fit to answer these needs in His own perfect way. My mom went home to be with the Lord just a few days after this was posted...5 to be exact. It was unexpected and we are still dealing with the loss. The house sold miraculously after several surprising and unexpected turns of events. He has been a miracle working God and we are still experiencing his guiding hand in all we do.
